Within the thought literacy framework there are two book series to help you work skillfully with your thoughts.

The Thought Swaps Series uses internal dialogue to teach specific life skills. Each pocket-sized book shows the thoughts of someone with and without a particular skill in the same situation, so you can see how the skill changes the way they think and respond. Choose a book based on the skill you want to develop, including metacognition, secure attachment, adaptability, growth mindset, and more.
The Thoughtbook Series teaches you how to work with your thoughts using the ICE method, an original thought literacy technique. Each book is under 25k words, making the concepts practical and easy to apply. Choose a book based on what you want to work on: Overthink to stop overthinking, Middle Think for more balanced thoughts, Clear Think for thought and emotional management, and Big Think for confidence and managing limiting beliefs.
